People want to organize locally and spontaneously, and will. Your participation in local, grassroots organizations with a long view and a wise mission and vision is vital to bring about Golden Age. If you do what you can now, then you will rejoice during your Life Review: it is an unusually important time to be alive on Earth. Those who are alive today have tremendous influence on a galactic scale, in the long term.
The crux is negative Xissu, "Being Routed"
A fight remains to be fought, and a big lesson learned. Your civilization has reached rupture between two paradigms: the selfish greed of infants and the wise caretaking of adults. Unthinking and heedless consumption is the problem blocking the realisation of Golden Age, and it must be resolved by summoning Ioma, the Wise Woman of the Wilderness, and empowering her as a cultural ideal. Success in your eyes must become environmental integration, seeking and realizing natural fit with the natural world and Natural Law. Presently success is still viewed as aggressive selfish agency, acting as a rogue marauder, a blade digging relentlessly in search of riches and ego verification, and as an infant wailing on a bed, pounding its limbs and thinking only of itself. This sad paradigm is still celebrated, regurgitated by your so-called "celebrities" by word and action, and resonates throughout your media as a source of amusement for the selfishly attuned. For the wise, and the host of elder witnesses watching, it is disgusting and unimaginative and instead of hilarity, should provoke mass shame. All who read, heed: the culture of greed and exploitation is the problem, and as long as your primary—celebrated!—motive in life remains self exhaltation driven by hunger for security and influence, then you will remain a blight upon the Earth, your story will remain one of fear, ignorance and loss, and as authors of your own lives, your collective story will be as foolish obliterators of legacy: vandals. Why continue vandalizing the blank pages of your future when you could just as easily, and far more happily, be agents and authors of glorious legacy?
The Wise Woman of the Wilderness enters in disguise through the Gate with the intent of transformation.
She is the principal agent of transformation toward your Golden Age, introducing wild abolitionism, a return to naturalistic and holistic thinking, and the replacement of overt rules and strictures (and their morphic thought-artifacts of ugly concrete towers and sprawling roads) with the more subtle art of reshaping environments and contexts (and their morphic thought-artifacts of gardens and harmonious living architecture). The Industrial Revolution flooded the cultures of Earth with Yang. Now Yin energy must be understood and applied wisely, personally and collectively, for the balance between device and nature to return: to stop cutting with the blades, and instead to start planting, and shaping, and nurturing the Earth. The key to Golden Age is a wise global culture that feeds and protects, rather than exploits and demands from, its environment. You are far too large and too powerful now to behave as infants, imagining only the indulgence of your own individual egos: you choose to remain infants at your own peril, for the Earth is a prize among worlds and many more suitable civilizations are about, watching and waiting. If the Earth needs to signal her loss of confidence in you, she will, and your elders will arrive to help clean up your witless mess. This may seem like insurance allowing you to remain foolish: but everything has its price, and the salvation of a world results in a debt no civilization is ever able to escape. Seize the opportunity now to be able to introduce yourselves to Others as a civilization that made it with very little help and interference: as chaotic fools who woke up from a tired collective nightmare to enlightened brotherhood and became a wise and good collective—or else become like the child at the new school everyone knows is helpless and sheltered.

Comeuppance and galvanization. If successful, your civilization will graduate from the Childhood of its Information Age and pass to Stage 4: Adolescence: Young Caretakers. You will step from the frenzied and selfish buzz of self-discovery and isolation into the Great Expanse, and fall into the shadow of realizing just how young and incapable you are in the greater cosmos, the world of the Others. Insecurity, nervousness or worry, neurosis and a sense of isolation will set in as the expectations of your elders begin to steer your motives and cultural sense of self. An emotional new moon, a new beginning and a great sense of transition will characterize the onset of your Golden Age, or more accurately, your First Age of Promise. The emotional state of stepping forth collectively into a new frontier, a new chapter, will dawn upon you just as you thought your frontiers were closed. Do not mistake the beginning of a mature culture for the beginning of Heaven on Earth. Do not grown-ups have much more to do than idle children, and many worries to address, before they earn their keep?
Strangely, this powerful sense of collective insecurity in the face of your Elders will be profoundly healing you for you and for the Earth, restoring much of the lost tension and sense of immensity and wonder you once had when your recent ancestors encountered the power and beauty of your once pristine world.
Not far from now, a decade or two beyond the coming transformation, those who remember this age will look back and say, "How preciously naive we were then, when we presumed to lose faith in ourselves, and when we felt lost. There is only hope. Hope is the only viable reality for consciousness."
